Manufacturer and exporter of lap joint stub ends, Type A and Type B, to ASME B16.9 / MSS SP-43 and EN 10253. Buttwelded to the pipe and used with a loose backing flange — ideal for frequently dismantled joints and for expensive alloy systems where only the stub end need be the alloy grade. Size ½" to 24", SCH 10 to XXS. Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex and Nickel Alloys. EN 10204 3.1/3.2 MTR. PED 2014/68/EU certified.

Longer barrel with a machined radius at the back of the lap, suited to ASME B16.5 lap joint and slip-on backing flanges. The most common pattern.
Shorter barrel with a larger lap outside diameter, designed specifically to match ASME B16.5 lap joint flanges. Selected to suit the backing flange used.
Short and long barrel lengths to suit the flange face and available space, made to your backing-flange specification.
Only the stub end contacts the fluid, so on an expensive alloy line (stainless, duplex or nickel alloy) the backing flange can be plain carbon steel — a significant cost saving. The loose backing flange also rotates freely for quick bolt-hole alignment, making stub-end joints ideal wherever the line is dismantled and re-assembled frequently.
