Who We Are

Arshya Pipe Fittings Pvt Ltd is a manufacturer and exporter of EN 10253-2 Type B buttweld pipe fittings, headquartered in Mumbai, India. Founded in 2010, we specialise in supplying European-standard fittings — with EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates, PED 2014/68/EU compliance, and Type B (heavier wall) construction — to engineering contractors, EPC firms, and end-users across Europe, the UK, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

Our product range covers the full spectrum from carbon steel pressure grades (P235GH through P295GH) and alloy steel CrMo grades (P11 through P92) to austenitic, duplex, super duplex, and high-alloy stainless steels, as well as nickel alloys including Inconel, Hastelloy, and Monel grades. Every fitting is manufactured to EN 10253-2 Type B wall thickness — not Type A — and supplied with full mill traceability.

Manufacturing Partnership — AEFPL

Our manufacturing is carried out in partnership with Arshya Engineers & Fabrications Pvt Ltd (AEFPL) — a 92,000 sq.ft. facility on Piyala-Dundsa Road, Village Dundsa, District Palwal, Faridabad, Haryana. The facility is equipped for hot forming, cold forming, forging, heat treatment (including PWHT for CrMo grades), and non-destructive testing.

This integrated manufacturing and quality control environment allows us to maintain full heat traceability from raw material mill certificate through forming, heat treatment, and testing — and to issue EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2 certificates with confidence.

Why Type B

EN 10253-2 defines two wall thickness types: Type A (thinner, for use with wall thickness factor f = 1.0) and Type B (heavier, for use without wall thickness reduction at the fitting). European pressure system codes (EN 13480, PED) frequently require Type B fittings because they allow the fitting to be specified at the same nominal wall as the adjoining pipe without a design penalty. We manufacture exclusively to Type B — and confirm this on every certificate.
