Arshya Pipe Fittings Pvt Ltd is a manufacturer and exporter of EN 10253-2 / -4 Type B buttweld pipe fittings, headquartered in Mumbai, India. Founded in 2010, we specialise in supplying European-standard fittings — with EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates, PED 2014/68/EU compliance, and Type B fittings for full service pressure — to engineering contractors, EPC firms, and end-users across Europe, the UK, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
Our product range covers the full spectrum from carbon steel pressure grades (P235GH and P265GH) and alloy steel CrMo grades (P11 through P92) to austenitic, duplex, super duplex, and high-alloy stainless steels, as well as nickel alloys including Inconel, Hastelloy, and Monel grades. We supply both EN 10253-2 / -4 Type A and Type B fittings, with Type B as our specialism, and every fitting comes with full mill traceability.
Our manufacturing is a 92,000 sq.ft. facility on Piyala-Dundsa Road, Village Dundsa, District Palwal, Faridabad, Haryana. The facility is equipped for hot forming, cold forming, forging, heat treatment (including PWHT for CrMo grades), and non-destructive testing.
This integrated manufacturing and quality control environment allows us to maintain full heat traceability from raw material mill certificate through forming, heat treatment, and testing — and to issue EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2 certificates with confidence.
EN 10253-2 and EN 10253-4 define two fitting types. Type A fittings have a reduced pressure factor, so the design must allow for them. Type B fittings are for use at full service pressure: they have the same strength as the connecting pipe of the same material and wall thickness. This lets the designer use the same nominal wall as the adjoining pipe without a design penalty. The pressure-equipment designer chooses the type. We supply both Type A and Type B; Type B is our specialism. The type is confirmed on every certificate. On request we machine the ends to match the bore of your EN 10216 / EN 10217 pipe.
