EN 10253-2 Type B buttweld pipe fittings in 2.4602 — Hastelloy C-22 (NiCr21Mo14W, N06022). The most broadly corrosion-resistant member of the Hastelloy C family. With 21% Cr (vs 16% in C-276), C-22 handles both oxidising and reducing media — making it the preferred grade for FGD scrubbers, mixed-acid service, and chloride-bearing oxidising environments where C-276 is insufficient.
