High-performance nickel alloy buttweld pipe fittings for the most aggressive chemical, offshore, and high-temperature applications. Where stainless steel reaches its corrosion or temperature limit, nickel alloys take over.
Workhorse of offshore and chemical service. Outstanding seawater corrosion resistance. Used for weld overlay cladding, bellows, flue gas desulphurisation, sour gas (NACE MR0175).
Broadest corrosion resistance of any commercially available alloy. Resists oxidising and reducing acids, chlorides, wet chlorine, hypochlorite, mixed acid media. Flue gas, waste treatment, chemical processing.
Improved version of C-276 with higher Cr for better oxidising media resistance. Superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance. Nuclear waste containers, pharmaceutical, chemical plant.
Cost-effective alternative to C-276 for sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, and chloride-containing environments. Oil & gas downhole, pickling systems, nuclear reprocessing, oil country tubular goods (OCTG).
Excellent resistance to hydrofluoric acid (HF) and fluorine-containing media — a service where most other alloys fail. Seawater, salt solutions, marine engineering, hydrofluoric alkylation units.
Outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance. Nuclear reactor steam generators, heat treating equipment, chemical vapour deposition, sodium hydroxide (NaOH) media.

Inconel, Hastelloy, Incoloy, and Monel are registered trade marks of Special Metals Corporation / Haynes International. On purchase orders and MTCs, always specify the UNS number (e.g. N06625) and ASTM standard (e.g. ASTM B366 WPNCI-CS-6) rather than trade names alone. This avoids ambiguity when specifying equivalent compositions from other manufacturers.
Inconel 625, C-276, Incoloy 825, Monel 400 and other UNS-specified grades. EN 10204 3.1, PMI (XRF) on request. Enquire for delivery and availability on large-diameter fittings.
